We covered topics including the move in Malaysia and Indonesia towards the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency, the cross-class cramdown mechanism used in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as Vietnam’s new Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Law.
